Looking for some extra Speed? Quickness? Strength? This is an hour of performance training designed to improve your athletic performance. Athletes will receive training in proper running technique and speed drills, as well as foot quickness, plyometrics, change of direction, explosive first step, linear and lateral agility, flexibility, and injury prevention techniques.
