Each program is designed carefully to improve your weaknesses based on comprehensive objective testing. Our 3600 sq. ft. athletic performance center features some of the most advanced state-of-the-art training equipment such as the Keiser Air Runner, and the Vertimax lower body training system. Individual Performance Training:
The athlete will be provided with a sport specific program designed to improve your strength, speed and agility in your sport. The athlete will receive comprehensive pre- and post-testing, and an individually designed program. The athlete will utilize all sport specific equipment to ensure that there will be a positive transfer from the conditioning room to the sporting field. The athlete will perform 1-2 training sessions a week over a total of 8 weeks. Each workout will last 1 hour.

Team Training:
Your team will receive training both on the field and in the Strength, Speed and Agility center. Each program will include elements of speed endurance, agility, first step quickness and plyometrics training. Each session will last 1 hour. The team will train 1-2 times a week for 8 weeks. The program will include pre- and post-testing to track your improvements.

Girls Injury Prevention:
Studies have shown that females have higher occurrences of injuries to their lower extremities while playing field and court sports. This program is designed to decrease the risk of hip, knee, and ankle injuries as well as improve strength, neuromuscular and proprioceptive stabilizers in the female athlete. Specific attention will be applied to proper starting and stopping positions of running as well as takeoff and landing with jumping. This program is recommended for girls 10 and older. The program is 1-2x/week for 8 weeks and will include pre- and post-testing. Each session will last 1 hour.

Athletic Evaluation:
Have you sustained an injury and you still aren’t back to full strength? Have you completed rehabilitation, but still lack the necessary explosiveness needed for your sport? This option will provide you with a full athletic evaluation, looking at flexibility, movement impairments, and muscle imbalances that may affect your ability to return to full participation. Recommendations and exercises will be given to meet the needs of your sport and improve the weakness needed to improve your performance on the field. The evaluation will last approx. 1 hour.
