Individual Performance Training
The athlete will be provided with a sport specific program designed to improve their strength, speed and agility in their sport. The athlete will receive an individually designed program to improve weaknesses and maximize the potential for increased athletic performance. The athlete will utilize all sport specific equipment to ensure that there will be a positive transfer from the training center to the sporting field. Each workout will last 45 minutes.

About Individual Performance Training
Team Training Overview
Team Training
Your team will receive training in the training center. Each program will include elements of speed endurance, agility, first step quickness, strength and plyometrics training. Each session will include functional warm up and cool down to prevent injury and to improve performance throughout the training. Team sessions last 60 minutes, 1-3 times per week. 30 minute sessions can be scheduled.

Girls Injury Prevention Overview
Girls Injury Prevention
Studies have shown that females have higher occurrences of injuries to their lower extremities while playing field and court sports. This program is designed to decrease the risk of hip, knee and ankle injuries as well as improve strength, neuromuscular and proprioceptive stabilizers in the female athlete. Specific attention will be applied to proper starting and stopping positions of running, as well as takeoff and landing with jumping. This program is recommended for girls 10 and older. Each session will last 45 minutes and is recommended 2 times per week.

Athletic Evaluation Overview
Athletic Evaluation
Have you sustained an injury and you still aren't back to full strength? Have you completed rehabilitation, but still lack the necessary explosiveness needed for your sport? This option will provide you with a full athletic evaluation, looking at flexibility, movement impairments, and muscle imbalances that may affect your ability to return to full participation. Recommendations and exercises will be given to meet the needs of your sport and improve the weakness needed to improve your performance on the field. The evaluation will last 45 minutes.
